Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes! If you place your order before midday, we can provide same-day flower delivery across Adelaide. Rest assured, each bouquet is freshly made by our florists and sent out with care. However, please note that same-day availability is subject to order volume and stock on hand.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area — from the CBD to nearby suburbs such as Norwood, Glenelg, Unley and Seaford. Delivery fees vary depending on your location. You can check suburb details here and fees at checkout.
Which days do you deliver?
BloomBar delivers from Monday to Saturday. Same-day orders must be placed before 12 PM. Deliveries are not available on Sundays or public holidays, unless specified for special occasions like Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
Can I customise my flower arrangement?
Absolutely! You can request custom designs, preferred colours or flower types. For larger events or bespoke styling, we also offer fully tailored services. Our team will work with you to bring your floral vision to life. Simply contact us to get started.
Can I include a personalised message or gift with my order?
Yes — you can include a handwritten message card with your order and choose from our curated Something on the Side collection. From scented candles and artisan chocolates to greeting cards and keepsakes, these thoughtful add-ons help you personalise every delivery.
How long will my flowers last?
We use the freshest seasonal blooms to ensure long-lasting beauty. With proper care, most BloomBar arrangements last 5–7 days. Each bouquet comes with care instructions to help you keep your flowers looking their best.
How can I care for my flowers after delivery?
To keep your flowers fresh:
- Trim the stems and place them in a vase filled ¾ with clean water.
- Refresh the water and re-cut stems every 2–3 days.
- Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat or drafts.
- If your flowers arrived in a vase, simply top up the water daily.
